Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: We usually process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted courier services to ensure smooth and reliable delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location and our courier partners.
  • Shipping Charges: The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, delivery location, and shipping method. You’ll see the exact shipping fee at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: While we always aim for the fastest delivery, estimated timelines are:
    • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
    • Other Locations: 5-12 business days
    • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a little longer.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package’s journey.
  • Delays & Exceptions: Unforeseen delays (such as bad weather, strikes, or logistics issues) can happen, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated in such cases.


Delivery Policy

  • Check Your Parcel on Delivery: If your package appears damaged, distorted, or tampered with, please record a video before opening it. This will help us quickly resolve any issues if there’s damage or a missing item.
  • Damage or Missing Item Claims:
    • To file a claim for damage or missing products, you must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
    • The video should start before opening the package and clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, and the entire unboxing process.
    • Without a proper unpacking video, we won’t be able to process claims—so please make sure to record it!
  • Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries: If an incorrect address is provided or if delivery fails due to unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.


Returns & Refunds for Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@natureloc.com within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and order details.
  • After reviewing the proof, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
